Strategic Diversity. The new superpower for organizations.

Each of us has a specific cognitive repertoire that determines how we contribute to growth, innovation, and transformation. 

Each team, group, and organization are more or less cognitively diverse. Greater levels of cognitive diversity become especially important when these teams, groups, and organizations are undergoing some sort of strategic transformation. 

We call this Strategic Diversity. A Strategic Diversity Assessment can help groups, teams, and organizations analyze their level of strategic diversity, learn to capitalize on their strategic strengths and mitigate their strategic vulnerabilities.
