Prasad possesses more than 25 years of total experience in a wide range of subject areas such as adaptive strategy, portfolio and program management, PMO, agile practices, business analysis, and professional coaching. One of his current focus areas has been the application of lean and agile practices to non-IT areas such as strategy, HR, marketing, procurement and finance.
He has partnered with organizations to help them embed the lean-agile mindset into their ways of working, and transform to an adaptive business. He has delivered more than 500 learning programs spanning more than 15 different subject areas, over the past 20 years.
He has been a Board Member of the International Requirements Engineering Board (IREB), Germany, and a Judging Committee Member for the PMO GLOBAL AWARDS 2019. In his last role, he was the Global Director and Chief Information Security Officer with a global IT services company.
