• The courses offered under Lean-Agile Strategy by AdaptiveOrg Inc. are for named users only 
• Course materials (Lessons, Case Studies, Sample Answers, Quizzes, eBooks, Game Cards, Game Capture Cards, etc.) may not be copied in any form for sharing with non-licensed users. Such copying will result in termination of all access privileges to the Lean-Agile Strategy online platform and any other related sites with no refund of monies already paid

Account Sharing

• Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Accounts that are shared will be terminated ith no refund of monies already paid

• Use of profanity, racist or sexist comments, bullying or issuing threats will result in an immediate account suspension while it is reviewed
  • It is the sole discretion of AdaptiveOrg as to remedy following account suspension which can include termination of privileges and a lifetime ban
• Uploading of questionable materials or images result in an immediate account suspension while it is reviewed

Use of Lean-Agile Strategy 

• Use of Lean-Agile Strategy with consulting clients or organizations with whom you are a direct employee is only to be done by licensed Lean-Agile Strategy Facilitators
• Use of Lean-Agile Strategy inside an organization for whom you are an employee is permitted
